Nursing Scheduler (CNA/QMA)

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Develops and posts work schedules at least two weeks, normally four weeks in advance.
• Ensures timely Certified Nurse Aide (CNAs), Certified Medication Aides (QMAs), and Nurse assignments to meet needs of new admissions as well as existing residents.
• Maintains schedule on a daily basis of any staffing changes or resident status changes and communicates accordingly.
