About the role

The nurse will evaluate physical and psychosocial health, diagnose health issues, and oversee care provided by the healthcare team.
Responsibilities
- Develop individualized care plans
- Counsel patients and families
- Maintain accurate records
- Participate in policy development and quality improvement initiatives
- Conduct research
- Design health programs for at-risk groups
- Serve as a clinical resource and consultant
- Provide direct patient care to maintain clinical competency
Requirements
- Master's degree in nursing in relevant specialty
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License and RN License in the relevant state
- National Provider Identifier
- Basic Life Support certification
- Nurse Practitioner National Certification
Skills
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and counseling skills
- Problem solving and decision making

- Ability to develop community and professional educational programs
