About the role

This role involves providing comprehensive nursing care through assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care, utilizing advanced scientific knowledge and nursing theory. The nurse will evaluate physical and psychosocial health, diagnose health issues, and oversee care provided by the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized care plans
• Counsel patients and families
• Maintain accurate records
• Participate in policy development and quality improvement initiatives
• Conduct research
• Design health programs for at-risk groups
• Serve as a clinical resource and consultant
• Provide direct patient care to maintain clinical competency

Requirements

• Master's degree in nursing in relevant specialty
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License and RN License in the relevant state
• National Provider Identifier
• Basic Life Support certification
• Nurse Practitioner National Certification
