About the role

The Nurse Practitioner Supervisor will oversee the MosAIC Nursing team, managing staff, providing patient care, maintaining records, and scheduling follow-up appointments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial patient screenings and history and physical examinations
  • Provide infusions and injections to MosAIC and Amerita patients
  • Complete assessments and initiate emergency protocols for patients receiving infusions
  • Update patient records and check for accuracy at each appointment
  • Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
  • Serve as a resource for patients, providing ongoing care information and counseling, and guiding patients with critical conditions
  • Complete documentation in the Company EHR system
  • Under the supervision of the General Manager, complete daily management responsibilities including time off requests, timecard approvals, and participation in the performance review process
  • Provide feedback for staff performance improvement and disciplinary actions

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing, required
  • 5+ years’ nursing experience, preferred
  • 3-5 years’ supervisory experience, preferred
  • Valid nurse practitioner license in the state of employment, required
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Collaborative working relationship with physicians to deliver optimal care to patients
  • Teamwork and ability to take direction

Qualifications
