About the role

The Nurse Practitioner Supervisor will oversee the MosAIC Nursing team, including day-to-day staff management, patient care, maintaining accurate and current patient records, and scheduling and administering follow-up appointments. The Supervisor will coordinate services with nurses and physicians to deliver premium care to patients. Medications administered include:

  • Immunoglobulin Therapy
  • IV Antibiotics
  • Anti-inflammatory Biologics
  • Inotropes
  • Specialty medications

Location: Mosaic Infusion Solutions LLC, 7307 S Revere Parkway, Suite 201, Centennial, CO 80112.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial patient screenings, patient history, and physical examinations
  • Provide infusions and injections to MosAIC and Amerita patients as needed
  • Conduct complete assessments of patients receiving infusions and initiate emergency protocols for significant adverse reactions
  • Deliver quality care while maintaining productivity metrics
  • Update and verify accuracy of patient records at each appointment
  • Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
  • Serve as a resource for ongoing care information, counseling, and guidance for patients with critical conditions
  • Complete documentation in the Company EHR system
  • Under the supervision of the General Manager, complete daily management responsibilities such as time off requests, timecard approvals, and participation in the annual performance review process
  • Provide feedback for staff performance improvement and disciplinary action

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Nursing, required
  • 5+ years’ nursing experience, preferred
  • 3-5 years’ supervisory experience, preferred
  • Valid nurse practitioner license in the state of employment, required
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with physicians to deliver optimum care to patients
  • Ability to work within a team and take direction

Pay

Salary Range: USD $135,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year.
