The HealthPartners Riverway Anoka Clinic is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Family Medicine team. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care within a supportive and respectful environment.

About the role

This position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a family medicine setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and provide preventive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers

Requirements

  • Current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Experience in family medicine preferred

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Passing scores on relevant licensing exams
