About the role
Join our Family Medicine team at HealthPartners Riverway Anoka Clinic. You will be part of the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities and contribute to improving the health and well-being of our patients, members, and community.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure patient care continuity
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of clinical practices and patient outcomes
Requirements
- Board certification in Family Medicine
- A current unrestricted medical license
- Experience preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for patient-centered care

Extended Care Model - Rotating Schedule: Week 1 Monday: OFF Tuesday: OFF Wednesday: OFF Thursday: OFF Friday: 9:00am - 8:00pm Saturday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Sunday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Week 2 Monday: 9:00am - 8:00pm Tuesday: 9:00am - 8:00pm Wednesday: OFF Thursday: OFF Friday: OFF Saturday: OFF Sunday: OFF Week 3 Monday: 9:00am - 8:00pm Tuesday: 9:00am - 8:00pm Wednesday: OFF Thursday: OFF Friday: OFF Saturday: OFF Sunday: OFF
