Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Riverway Clinic Anoka (0.80 - 1.0 FTE)
About the role
Join our Family Medicine team at HealthPartners Riverway Anoka Clinic. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will provide care that impacts patient outcomes daily within the largest multi-specialty care system in the Twin Cities. A current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is required, with experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure patient care continuity
- Conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and prescribe medications
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists
- Perform administrative tasks such as charting, documentation, and scheduling
Requirements
- Current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience in family medicine preferred
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Passing scores on relevant certification exams
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical practices and procedures
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay
A competitive wage is offered, along with the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on RVU production.
Schedule
The position is full-time, with a 0.80 to 1.0 FTE schedule.
