About the role

The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a family medicine setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide treatment recommendations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
  • Adhere to HealthPartners’ clinical protocols and standards of care.

Requirements

  • Current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
  • Experience in family medicine preferred.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
  • Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.

Schedule

There is some flexibility with the schedule. Extended Care Model Rotating Schedule.

Pay

A competitive wage with the opportunity to earn additional compensation based upon RVU production.
