About the role
The position requires a current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a family medicine setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide treatment recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
- Adhere to HealthPartners’ clinical protocols and standards of care.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted medical license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Experience in family medicine preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Passing scores on relevant licensing exams.

Schedule
There is some flexibility with the schedule. Extended Care Model Rotating Schedule.
Pay
A competitive wage with the opportunity to earn additional compensation based upon RVU production.
