About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our healthcare team in Arcadia, FL.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care through diagnosis, treatment, and management of both acute and chronic conditions.
- Conduct assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient management.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with standards.
- Participate in care coordination to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.
Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted PA or NP license in Florida or eligibility to obtain one.
- National Board Certification as a PA or NP.
- Experience in Value-Based or Managed Care preferred; new graduates considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not required.
