Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Pain Management Location: Fairbanks or Palmer, AK Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM Openings: 2 We are seeking an NP or PA to join a collaborative outpatient pain management practice. New graduates are welcome; experience in pain management, orthopedics, or internal medicine is preferred. Responsibilities Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain patients.Develop treatment plans and manage medications.Perform procedures such as SI joint, trigger point, and intra-articular injections as qualified.Order and interpret diagnostic imaging.Coordinate referrals and follow-up care.Maintain accurate EHR documentation.See approximately 25 patients per day. Requirements Active Alaska NP or PA license.National board certification.Active DEA registration.BLS and ACLS certification.Ability to obtain required insurance and facility credentialing.Strong clinical and communication skills.
