Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA) - Part-Time 📍 Location: Salisbury, MD 🕐 Schedule: Approximately 20 hours/week; up to 32 hours/week when the physician is on vacation 💰 Pay: $70-$90/hour DOE 📋 Type: Part-Time / In-Person 🛡️ Malpractice: Provided 🎁 Benefits: Not provided We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide quality, patient-centered care in a supportive clinical environment. Pediatric experience is preferred, but not required. New graduates and providers with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Perform patient assessments, physical exams, and review medical historiesDiagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditionsDevelop and implement treatment plansPrescribe medications as permitted by applicable laws and guidelinesProvide patient and family educationMaintain accurate clinical documentationCoordinate care with physicians and healthcare professionalsProvide compassionate, patient-centered care Qualifications Current, valid Maryland NP or PA licenseAppropriate national certificationPediatric experience preferredNew graduates and providers with up to 2 years of experience welcomeStrong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staffCurrent prescribing authority/DEA registration, as applicable Additional Details Malpractice coverage is provided.
