Clinician Manager (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant)
- Reporting To: Director of Clinical Operations
- Location: Burlingame
- Classification: Regular, Full-Time, Exempt
- Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 9am-5pm, Rotating Saturdays in Redwood City
Duties & Responsibilities
- Transformative Member Engagement: Ignite change through dynamic 1:1 online consultation and coaching sessions, employing motivational interviewing skills to build powerful, therapeutic connections.
- Empowering Health Assessment: Elevate members' wellness journeys with vibrant, advanced health assessments, offering guidance and education that sparks lasting transformations.
- Holistic Care and Impactful Management: Deliver standout routine care, blending standardized procedures with personalized touches, including physical examinations and screenings.
- Follow-up Excellence and Precision Documentation: Bring excitement to every member follow-up, ensuring meticulous, focused documentation that reflects their unique progress and needs.
- Inspirational Leadership and Team Development: Be the driving force behind an empowered team, shaping an uplifting work environment and championing continuous growth.

- Pioneering Continuous Improvement: Lead the charge in dynamic team and management meetings, pioneering improvements in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for unparalleled member care and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
- Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- DEA Registration Certificate.
- OIG Clearance and NPI number.
- Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
