Nurse Practitioner – Otolaryngology, Physician Assistant – Otolaryngology

About the role

Urgent need for an Advanced Practice Provider with ENT experience to cover pediatric ENT clinic (2.5–3 days per week) and pediatric urology post‑operative visits (0.5–1 day per week). The provider will start as soon as payor credentialing is completed; all documents must be submitted promptly. Urology experience is a plus but not required if the APP is comfortable managing post‑op urology visits.

Schedule

• Coverage type: Outpatient
• Schedule type: Clinic only
• Call type: None
• Dates of need: Approximately 4 days per week total — 2.5–3 days for Peds ENT clinic, 0.5–1 day for Peds Uro post‑op visits
• Shift times: 8:30 am–5:00 pm (8:00–8:30 am admin time; 8:30 am–12:00 pm patient care; 12:00–1:00 pm lunch; 1:00–4:30 pm patient care; 4:30–5:00 pm admin time)
• Lunch: 1 hour
• Guaranteed hours per day: 8
• Hours worked for overtime to apply: 9 per day
• Rates: To be filled out on bid (clinic only: regular, orientation, overtime, holiday)

Requirements

• Current CV (must be uploaded with bid)
• Active state license
• DEA registration required
• Board certified or truly board eligible
• BLS certification

Skills

• Wound assessment and suture removal
• Flexible endoscopy experience (preferred)
• Evaluation of tonsil, adenoid, and otitis media (most common office diagnoses)
• Experience with nasal cautery and foreign body removal (preferred)
