Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Telehealth/Virtual Care (REMOTE)

Position Details

• Full-Time, Days (REMOTE)
• Nine 4-hour clinic sessions per week
• 8:00am-5:00PM
• No weekends, holidays, or call

Qualifications

• ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA certification required.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical Neurology experience required

Key Responsibilities

• This position provides virtual/tele-health consults to adult Neurology patients ranging in ages eighteen to geriatric.
• Primary focus will be providing clinical visits for established adult Neurology patients including medication management, specialty-care referrals, and scheduling for laboratory and radiologic testing.
• The Advanced Practice Provider will also triage established Neurology patients that are discharged from the hospital.
• The ideal candidate must feel comfortable working independently and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of Physicians, nurses, and other care team members.
