Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Medical Weight Loss

About the role

We are seeking a patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our gastroenterology team, focused on patients with medical weight loss. Our team is a dynamic, academic gastroenterology practice where you can work collaboratively alongside nationally recognized experts, learn new things every day, and be a part of a compassionate, team-oriented group that integrates 3 missions (clinical, education and research) into the day-to-day work of all team members.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with 2 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider
• Provide medical weight loss services to patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Contribute to the educational mission of the practice through teaching and mentoring
• Participate in research activities related to gastroenterology

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required
• Must be board eligible or board certified
• Must be licensed or license eligible in Indiana
• P, FNP, or ACNP certification required
• Quick learner, team player, ambitious, and adaptable
