Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Full-Time

About the Role

This full-time primary care provider manages a diverse patient panel, delivering acute, chronic, and wellness visits both in-office and virtually. Continuous learning through Clinical Rounds and feedback is emphasized. Providers may need to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care in other states.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient needs across various visit types
• Conduct in-office, testing center, and telehealth consultations
• Perform in-office procedures, including LARC insertion and colposcopy (preferred)
• Collaborate with in-person and virtual clinical teams
• Engage in ongoing professional development
• Obtain additional state licensure for virtual care as needed

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification
• State license in California
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience in the past 5 years, or 1 year combined with a fellowship or urgent care experience
