Providers with settlements, DUIs/drug issues, restrictions, terminations, Medical Board actions, etc. are not eligible for temporary privileges.

Schedule

  • Coverage Type: Inpatient and Outpatient
  • Schedule Type: Clinical hours only
  • Dates of Need: Full time need
  • Shift Times: 7:00am-5:00pm (lunch unpaid, TBD)
  • Provider Minimum Shifts Required: 4 weeks per month
  • Guaranteed Hours per Day: 10
  • Hours Worked for OT to apply: 40 per week
  • Rates: Clinic only – Regular, Orientation, Overtime, Holiday (to be filled out on bid)
  • Work Schedule: 4 ten-hour shifts per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – Operating days; Friday – Clinic and admin day; Thursday off)

Credentialing

  • Current CV (must be uploaded to bid)
  • License: Active WA or IMLC only
  • DEA Required: Yes
  • Boards: BC only
  • Skills/Certs: RN First Assisting Certification (RNFA) required

Responsibilities

  • First assist in Gynecologic surgeries, including robotic surgeries (DaVinci Surgical System)
  • Perform pelvic exams
  • Assist with GYN oncology procedures (training provided as needed)
  • Clinic and administrative duties on Fridays

Requirements

  • Experience with standard GYN processes and procedures
  • First assisting experience (required)
  • Experience with robotic surgeries (DaVinci Surgical System)
  • PA or NP provider with RN First Assisting Certification (RNFA)

Additional Details

This assignment covers two overlapping maternity leaves. The provider will start at Everett as soon as hospital privileges are issued (ASAP) and work through the end of January 2027, then transition to Swedish First Hill for the remainder of the assignment through April 2027.
