Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Walk-In Clinic or Family Medicine

Rocky Mount, NC – Full-Time, 40 hours per week

We're seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality care in either our Walk-In Clinic or Family Medicine Practice. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and minor injuries.
• Perform comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments.
• Diagnose medical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment and preventive care.
• Perform routine office procedures as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Care for a diverse patient population, including a large Medicare and geriatric community.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing.
• Previous experience in Walk-In, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Primary Care, or Internal Medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Friendly, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to patient care.

Schedule

• Full-Time – 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
• Practice hours vary depending on department.

Pay

• Base salary: $92,367–$112,893 annually, based on experience.
• Additional Productivity Bonus: Biannual RVU incentive program. Providers exceeding productivity targets earn $15.38 per RVU, with many APPs earning an additional $20,000+ annually.
