Nurse Practitioner NP / Physician Assistant PA

Job Summary

The Nurse Practitioner NP / Physician Assistant PA will conduct one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams in Hillsboro, OR. Duties include reviewing medical history documentation, capturing responses through web-based examination forms, and submitting completed exams to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations.

Requirements

• Hold and maintain an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license for the duration of employment.
• Physician Assistants must hold an active NCCPA certification and remain certified during the duration of employment.
• Have a master’s degree or successfully completed an approved Physician Assistant Program.
• Certification: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing situations.
• Possess basic computer skills.

Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
