Nurse Practitioner/Medical Provider / Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Make Psychiatric assessment and evaluation of clients both face to face and through telemedicine.
• Prescribe medication in an effort to reduce mental health symptoms when needed.
• Review and approve individualized service plans and other needed assessment forms.
• Complete requested paperwork such as SSI forms, school forms, etc in a timely fashion.
• Provide emergency psychiatric services, including emergency coverage as needed 24 hours a day on call.
