About the Role
St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner to join the daytime hospitalist team to care for patients in an inpatient setting.
Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner focuses on providing general care to patients of all ages, with utmost patience, care, compassion and understanding. Perform tasks within their scope of practice which may include:
- Conducting tests
- Recording medical histories
- Providing treatments
- Assisting physicians
- Enhancing public awareness on the importance of health
- Prescribing medications

Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- MSN with specialization as an ARNP
- Current state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse
- BLS upon hire and maintain current
- Two years of experience as a nurse practitioner working inpatient
- Previous experience with electronic health record
