Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (Days)

About the Role

Provide inpatient care in a hospital setting, primarily in a closed ICU environment, serving a diverse patient population. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver patient-centered care using the Epic EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care addressing a broad spectrum of clinical needs during day shifts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Utilize Epic EMR system for patient documentation and care coordination
• Perform rounding shifts of 12 hours (7 am–7 pm) on a 7 days on/7 days off schedule
• Contribute to clinical excellence and community health initiatives

Requirements

• Board certified or eligible Nurse Practitioner
• Active California license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Completion of an acute care NP program (new graduates welcome)
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to thrive in team-based, patient-focused environments

Pay

Annual salary of $165,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
