Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (Days)

About the Role

Provide inpatient, day-rounding care as a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner in a hospital setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers to deliver patient-centered care in a closed ICU environment using the Epic EMR system. Serve a diverse patient population addressing a broad spectrum of medical needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inpatient rounding during 12-hour day shifts (7 am – 7 pm) on a 7-on/7-off schedule
• Deliver comprehensive care in a hospital environment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Utilize Epic EMR system for patient care documentation

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Nurse Practitioner
• Active California license (or eligibility) preferred
• Inpatient care experience preferred but not required
• New graduates who completed an acute care NP program are encouraged to apply
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

Competitive salary plus bonuses based on shifts worked.
