Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner (Days)

About the role

Provide patient-centered inpatient care as a Hospitalist, collaborating with a team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Work in a diverse, community-focused hospital environment, addressing a wide range of patient needs in a closed ICU setting. Utilize Epic EMR system to document and manage patient information.

Responsibilities

• Perform day rounding shifts, typically 12 hours (7 am – 7 pm), on a 7 on/7 off schedule.
• Contribute to clinical excellence through teamwork and patient-focused care.
• Engage in a broad spectrum of inpatient care activities, working alongside other providers across shifts.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or eligible Nurse Practitioners with an acute care NP program completion.
• Active California license preferred; U.S. work authorization required.
• Hospital or inpatient care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.

Pay

Competitive annual compensation of $165,000 plus bonuses based on shifts worked.
