About the role

The group is opening a new office in Frederick, MD and we are hiring an experienced Nurse Practitioner to serve Frederick Memorial Hospital. This is an in-patient position, hours are M-F, 8-5.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care in accordance with medical standards and guidelines.
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat patients under the supervision of a physician.
  • Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records.

Requirements

  • Licensure in the State of Maryland required.
  • CPR Certification required.
  • Minimum of 2 years related clinical experience required.
  • Three or more years of related clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
