Nurse - Outpatient

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Nurse to join our Outpatient team. The role involves assessing client care needs, providing clinical treatment, and coordinating medication services in collaboration with our on-site prescribers.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care that promotes, maintains, and restores physical and mental health
• Assess client needs and develop nursing diagnoses and treatment plans
• Monitor client responses and update treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and Integrated Health Home staff to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of [State]
• Experience in mental health settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Completion of an approved nursing program

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in electronic health record systems
