RN - Outpatient

This role involves providing safe, patient-centered nursing care in an ambulatory setting, utilizing the nursing process across diverse age groups. Key responsibilities include assisting physicians with tests and treatments, documenting medical information, administering medications, and ensuring patient safety. The nurse offers clinical leadership, mentorship, and serves as a role model for staff, while supporting patient education to promote self-management and empowerment. Additional duties encompass coordinating care, maintaining equipment and supplies, and participating in staff orientation. Qualifications include a nursing program graduate with a nationally accredited nursing license, CPR certification, and at least three years of related experience (bilingual skills are a plus).
