About the role

Every day you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care, contributing to our practice’s success through customer/patient focus, communication, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform care following established standards (consent, confidentiality)
• Obtain and document health history, chief complaint, vitals, and risk factors; assess disease condition; use established medical records/systems
• Provide care based on practice guidelines, standards, and regulations
• Execute prescribed treatments/interventions, administer medications, monitor and document progress and response
• Refer to and consult with physicians, other providers, and community resources
• Educate patients and families on health status, maintenance, and condition management
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care processes and outcomes
• Track QA data and monitor care management

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Oregon State RN license
• Current AHA BLS
• Current AHA ACLS and PALS within six (6) months of hire

• BSN

$48.87 – $73.99 per hour
