Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, and documenting care accurately. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team to ensure positive clinical outcomes and act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers. Key Responsibilities Assess patient status during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes.Perform procedures, monitor responses, and ensure thorough documentation.Respond to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues promptly.Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) with an Associate Degree.At least 1 year of RN experience.Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
