Nurse Manager for the 20-bed Surgical Trauma ICU, responsible for daily operations, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care based on current standards.

Requirements

• BSN or equivalent required; Master’s degree preferred
• Current RN licensure
• National certification in specialty within one year of hire
• BLS certification required

Experience

Minimum five years of recent nursing experience, including two years in clinical hospital leadership preferred.
