About the Role

Responsible for the daily operations of a 20-bed Surgical Trauma ICU, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care aligned with current standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical supervision and coordinate care.
• Promote evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with leadership on planning and innovation.
• Support staff development and foster a positive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
• Integrate clinical, human resource, and financial data to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• BSN or equivalent; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure.
• National certification within one year of hire.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum five years of recent nursing experience, including two in relevant clinical areas with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Previous leadership experience is preferred.
