Nurse Manager (RN) - Emergency Department - Full-Time - Night Shift

Role Overview

Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care through evidence-based nursing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans, and collaborates with the healthcare team to meet patient needs.
• Ensures safety, monitors care quality, and advocates for patients.
• Performs direct patient care, delegates tasks appropriately, and maintains compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Utilizes performance data for continuous improvement and educates patients and families to promote understanding and participation in care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Requires an Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred), with at least one year of RN experience or completion of a qualifying residency or LPN experience for internal candidates.
• Holds a current RN license recognized in multistate licensure.
• Demonstrates strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
