RN AL Manager - 9a-5pm (must be flexible)

Shift: Day Shift
Responsibilities
- Lead by example and inspire your team to provide the best care possible.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that patients receive top-notch care and support.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Current Michigan RN license.
- Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role.
- Previous experience working with the geriatric population preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in an assisted living, hospital, long-term care environment, or other related healthcare facility preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN program.
- Must possess and maintain current CPR Certification.
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines.
- Flexibility to adapt to ongoing change and work in a fast-paced, customer driven environment.
- Interpersonal skills to drive collaboration, commitment and productivity when working with cross-functional teams, customers and end users.
- Self-starter, highly motivated with high energy level.
