The Nurse Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience by fostering a supportive environment for staff, patients, and families. They ensure staff are present, engaged, and supported through mentoring, teaching, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve quality, financial, and satisfaction goals
• Leadership and strategic planning
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state mandatory
• Specific training for restrictive interventions required in certain units
• Clinical and leadership experience preferred

Skills

• Knowledge of current and emerging healthcare trends, policies, regulatory standards, and safety procedures
• Strong communication, decision-making, project leadership, conflict resolution, and team-building skills
• Familiarity with budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement processes
