About the role

The Nurse Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences by fostering a supportive environment for staff, patients, and families. They actively spend at least 50% of their time on the unit, providing mentorship, teaching, and support to ensure optimal patient care. The role involves developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve quality, financial, and satisfaction outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Current RN licensure.
