Position Overview Role: Responsible for supporting the Chief Nursing Officer in delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient care by ensuring competent staffing, resource utilization, and meeting productivity and financial goals. Collaborates effectively with hospital staff, physicians, and administration to enhance communication and improve processes across departments. Key Responsibilities: Oversee staffing, patient care quality, and departmental operations; promote efficient resource use; foster teamwork; ensure customer satisfaction; and support hospital-wide communication and process improvements. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an approved nursing program; BSN preferred.Current RN license in applicable state.Minimum three years nursing experience; leadership experience preferred.Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required within 90 days of hire.Strong human relations and communication skills; clinical expertise in relevant area. Unit Description: A fast-paced Obstetrics and Mother Baby unit offering comprehensive services, including LDR, high-risk antepartum, OBED, birthing suites, and surgical suites. Features full-time lactation consultants and a high-volume delivery center.
