Nurse Manager for Assisted Living Unit

About the role
This position will ensure that the health care needs of all assisted living and memory care residents are met. The Assisted Living Nurse Manager will ensure that staff is trained in assisted living procedures and policies which are current and up to date. The Assisted Living Nurse Manager will also ensure that Bayview is in compliance with current Assisted Living License regulations. Working cooperatively with the Healthcare Administrator, supervise the delivery of services provided to the residents and supervises staff.
Responsibilities
- Ensure health care needs of all assisted living and memory care residents are met
- Train staff in assisted living procedures and policies
- Ensure compliance with current Assisted Living License regulations
- Supervise the delivery of services provided to residents
- Supervise staff in cooperation with the Healthcare Administrator
Requirements
- Must be registered and licensed with the State of Washington as a RN or LPN and maintain current, unrestricted licensure (RN license preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
Skills
- Skilled and sensitive in working with assisted living residents
- Effective communication with staff, residents, family members, and the Health Services Administrator
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
- Able to work or be on call for irregular hours, occasional weekends, and evenings

Pay
$115,000 - $140,000 (DOE), exempt/salary

Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
