Nurse Manager - Float Pool - Full Time Day
About the role
This position is Full Time, 8-hour Day shifts. Provides an optimal practice environment that ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Responsible for planning, directing and managing the nursing care delivered to a designated patient population. Oversees the 24-hour operation of the patient care unit with accountability for leadership, overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling.

Required Qualifications
- Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 2 years recent clinical experience
- Computer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: Specialty certificate based on unit
- 2 years management experience
- 5 years clinical experience
Pay
Base pay range: $89.73 - $141.64 per hour. Placement on the wage range is determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
