Nurse Manager, Adult Psychiatry

The Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse with 24-hour accountability for patient care on a designated unit. They serve as the bridge between the hospital's vision and the unit, managing support services and staff.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred, MS preferred
• Current Maryland State Board of Nursing registration
• Three years of progressive hospital nursing experience, including at least two years in Mental Health, Behavioral Health, or Psychiatry
