Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 443-bed acute care hospital in Chandler, Arizona. It is a trusted partner to the vibrant East Valley community, having served the area for over 50 years. This role is within the Telemetry Monitoring department, a specialized area focused on monitoring and managing telemetry units to ensure the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Schedules nursing staff to specific shifts, taking into account past utilization trends.
- Makes sure employee performance is measured and staff is trained.
- Directs, organizes, and assigns work to the nursing staff during a particular shift.
- Assesses, monitors, and educates the nursing staff on patient care.
- Institutes emergency procedures as necessary.
- Provides nursing care to patients on an as needed basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science Nursing or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience.
- One (1) year of leadership experience.
- Registered Nurse: AZ (RN:AZ).
- Basic Life Support - BLS-CPR.
