Join Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville - where compassion feels like family. We are seeking compassionate, reliable LPNs or RNs to join our care team on the day shift (6 AM to 6 PM) in Clarksville, TN.
About the role
As a Nurse at Ahava Healthcare of Clarksville, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care.
Responsibilities
- Direct the daily activities of the CNAs and ensure policies and procedures are followed by nursing personnel.
- Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents as required.
- Assess residents’ conditions, prepare, and administer medications per physician orders.
- Initiate, review, and update care plans.
- Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
- Perform other assigned duties given by clinical or administrative leadership.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written, and electronic communications.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted LPN or RN License for the state of Tennessee
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
