About the Role

Join our team as a Home Health Nurse and provide one-on-one patient care across all ages and diagnoses in clients' homes. You'll ensure their safety and well-being while utilizing electronic charting systems and supporting clients with varying acuity levels and care needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care across all ages and diagnoses
• Deliver care in clients' homes, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Utilize electronic charting systems and participate in paid training sessions
• Support clients with varying acuity levels and care needs

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, or weekends
• Strong communication and clinical skills
