Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Our Pocono Skilled Nursing Office is seeking a nurse passionate about care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We aim to provide the highest quality care with compassion, excellence, and reliability to our clients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on care to one client per day
• Execute and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Build strong client relationships and witness their milestones

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state MAR-EPA

Qualifications

• Passionate about providing high-quality care
• Ability to travel to client homes near you on a flexible schedule
• Experience with preventive care and documentation

Skills

• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families
