A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate nursing care in a senior living environment, ensuring residents receive safe, personalized treatment and support.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to deliver quality care
• Administer medications and treatments as per care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners
• Foster a comfortable and respectful environment

Qualifications

• Valid, unencumbered state LPN license
• At least one year of experience preferred
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus
• Demonstrate compassionate character, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
