Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring they receive the best treatment in a safe, comfortable at‑home environment.
• Collaborate as a team to provide quality care that reflects our core values of Care, Character, and Collaboration.
• Administer medications and treatments according to personalized care plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and medical partners, going above and beyond to ensure an excellent experience.
• Maintain precise and up‑to‑date documentation.

Requirements

• Valid and un‑encumbered state Nursing License.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus.
• Collaborative spirit is essential.
• 1 or more years of experience as an LPN (licensed LPNs with no experience can be helped to gain experience).
• Exceptional character – someone who will always do what’s right, with a reliable work‑ethic.

Pay

$27/hour plus shift differential.

Schedule
