About the role
Field Nurse providing one-on-one, in-home care across diverse patient populations. You will deliver compassionate care tailored to patients of all ages and health conditions, follow individualized care plans, and ensure quality health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one patient care in the home setting
- Follow individualized care plans
- Utilize electronic charting with AlayaCare
- Participate in paid training
- Collaborate with clinical support teams
- Maintain compliance with state and local mandates
- Contribute to patient well-being in a flexible, compassionate setting
Requirements
- Valid U.S. nursing license
- Graduation from a recognized nursing program
- Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various patient needs
Schedule
Flexible scheduling options including PRN, part-time, or full-time shifts (morning, evening, overnight).
