About the Role

Provide skilled nursing services to clients of all ages and conditions in a home care setting, delivering personalized, one-on-one care based on doctors' orders.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes and deliver care in accordance with physicians' orders.
• Perform assessments, monitor client conditions, and document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Follow up on care plans and ensure proper documentation of all activities.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• Passion for home care and compassionate patient interaction.
