Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) to provide and document professional nursing care to patients.
• Coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate persons.
• Performs any other job-related duties as requested by Directors and Managers.
