Registered Nurse, Full Time, Home Health

About the role

Provide home health visits in the Springfield, MO and surrounding area as a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN). This is a full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a $15,000 signing bonus.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to support recovery from injury, illness, surgery, or hospitalization.
• Case manage, develop care plans, and deliver skilled care including assessments, medication management, and wound care.
• Progress clients from discharge toward their goals at home.
• Provide education to patients and/or their families.

Requirements

• Active and current RN license.
• One year of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally to assigned cases.
