About the Role
Support nursing teams with hands-on patient care and gain experience in the RN scope of practice.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Support patient mobility and hygiene
- Provide wound and catheter care
- Collect specimens
- Ensure accurate documentation
- Deliver patient and family education
- Follow infection control protocols
- Manage and maintain equipment
- Collaborate with supervisors to develop personal growth plans
Qualifications
- Current enrollment in an accredited nursing program
- Certification as a CNA
- BLS certification within 30 days of employment
